Inner Child Healing Workshop
on SEPT 2, 2023 1-3pm.
There will be a range of activities provided to stimulate your creativity and connect with your inner child. Have fun answering questions or sharing your story and accumulate tokens for redemption at the PRIZE TABLE! Prizes are things like crystals, art, toys, and healing items for the inner kid.
Activities will include:
Intro / ice breaker questions such as sharing your favorite childhood toy or cartoon
-What is Inner Child Healing? Brief discussion.
-Drawing and coloring activity
-Find out what age you're "stuck" at.
-Identify where you need to apply self love and care.
-Learn how the WOUNDED CHILD shows up in adults. How is it hindering your growth and sabotaging your relationships?

-Movement and dance activity to stimulate your body and enliven your youthful spirit.
-Adult Symptoms and how you can start self RE-parenting
-INVOKING A SAFE SPACE FOR THE INNER CHILD TO PLAY!
